If you want to try more plant-forward recipes then this is the class for you.  Please join us during Earth Month in the Solidarity and Social Change class on April 6 at 9 a.m. in the chapel.  Chef and author, Jess Smith will be speaking about easy, tasty, plant-forward recipes.  It will be fun!

Jess’ class, The Sustainable Kitchen: How to shop and cook for a healthier planet, will explore ways to stock your kitchen and pantry so that you reduce waste and contribute to the health of the planet. Jess recently released her first cookbook, Start with a Vegetable, which is a tribute to vegetable-forward dinners for all types of eaters, from vegan to meat-eaters alike. Come join us to talk all things veggies and leave with lots of dinner ideas.
