Second Kids Camp

Middle School Summer Lock-In
Calling all rising 6th- 8th graders for our Middle School Summer Lock-In!
Grab a friend and a sleeping bag and join us at the church for an evening of games, snacks and fun! Drop off is at 7 p.m. at the church on Friday, August 7. Pick up is 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. Friends are invited and the cost is $25 per kid (scholarships available).

Second's All-Church Retreat is a weekend retreat for the whole church family. Whether you are a night owl or an early bird, young or just young at heart, you are invited!

KC PrideFest
We are excited to be participating in Kansas City’s PrideFest! This is a wonderful opportunity to show our support for the LGBTQ+ community and live out our convictions that God loves everyone.

College-Age Brunch Reunion
We are inviting everyone who is in town for a college-age reunion brunch at Mildred's (5060 Main Street). This is for recently graduated high school seniors, recently graduated college students, and everyone in between. Whether you're back for the summer or just the weekend, join us for brunch on May 31 at 11:45 a.m.

Calling all 20s & 30s! Summer is baseball season, so to kick off the summer fun, we are headed to see the Monarchs play! We have 20 tickets reserved in the “-196 Ice Box,” an elevated seating area along the first base line with comfy lounges and high-top tables. Every time the Monarchs score, you’ll be blasted with an icy chill!
Legacy Circle Celebration
The Legacy Circle is a group of individuals who have communicated an intention to support the next generation by leaving Second with a gift on their passing. Hat Sunday
On Hat Sunday, this Mother’s Day, all are encouraged to wear a hat of their choice to church. Bring your favorite Derby hat, baseball hat, cowboy hat or beanie. No matter how you come, God will be delighted to see you.
